With the festive season upon us we are working really hard to pack your orders & get them to you as soon as possible.

But sometimes, and due to factors that are out of our control - deliveries can sometimes get delayed. We are working really hard to get those out to you but with current industrial action, it's a little tougher than usual.

But don't worry, we are committed & determined that you receive your items and we appreciate your patience while we get your items out to you.

If you want to send something back to us, we’ve made it as easy as possible. There’s no need to ring or notify us before, simply fill out the returns form that arrived with your order. We just need to know what you’re returning and it would be really helpful to know why.

If you’re after a full refund - then make sure you send your items back within 28 days. And if you bought something in the sale you’ll have just 14 days.

For you Christmas Shoppers, any items you’ve bought from Wednesday 13th October 2022 can be returned up to the 8th January 2023. You’ll need to get a gift receipt as we’ll need that as well as the returned items and we’ll exchange them for an M&Co refund card OR an exchange for something of the same value. This doesn’t include sale items as they can only be returned up to 14 days after you’ve bought them.

Anything bought in-store, can only be returned in-store. We’re unable to accept store items sent to our website address, in the post.

We’re sorry but we no longer offer free returns for sale items. You now need to pay for the postage.

UK Returns

  • Find your returns form. If you think it might be missing, then you can PRINT YOUR OWN or contact us HERE
  • Enter the quantity for each item and select a reason for your return
  • If you’re looking for an exchange we’re happy to exchange it for a different size, but we won’t be able to swap it for a different style or colour
  • Detach your returns label* along the perforations we’ve provided. Stick the label on the outside of your package and pop the returns form inside the bag with your items.
  • Take it to your local post office and remember to keep the proof that you posted it!

As soon as we receive it, we’ll process your return and send you an email to let you know.

*We work with Royal Mail - so this label only works when you’re returning from a UK post office using Royal Mail as the carrier

Return to any Asda Store

To return your items via ToYou at Asda

  • Find your returns form. If you think it might be missing, then you can ask for a new one at the Asda Toyou service desk
  • Enter the quantity for each item and select a reason for your return
  • If you’re looking for an exchange we’re happy to exchange it for a different size, but we won’t be able to swap it for a different style or colour
  • Fill out your details. We need your name and your order number, written on the Toyoulabel that came with your order
  • Attach the Toyoulabel to the outside of your parcel
  • Pop down to your local Asda. Take your package with you and find the Click & Collect / Toyou service point where we can process your return.
  • You can use the self-service Touchscreen terminal to tell us you’ve dropped it off or simply hand it to a customer adviser at the Toyou

Returns in-Store

It’s easy to return something in store - as long as it’s in the UK.

  • Bring your gift receipt as well as the pieces you want to bring back
  • We’ll exchange them for an M&Co refund card OR an exchange for something of the same value (this doesn’t include sale items as they can only be returned up to 14 days after you’ve bought them)
  • Our stores, addresses and opening times can all be found HERE.

We love having additional labels on our site, but unfortunately we aren’t able to accept their returns in store. If you’ve bought anything from the following brands, then use our easy to use FREE RETURNS LABEL and pop anything you no longer want, back to us in the post.
