In order to receive your order by Christmas Day please make sure you order by MIDNIGHT on Sunday 20th December 2020 for Standard Delivery or 1pm on Tuesday 22nd December 2020 for Express Delivery.

Free standard delivery is only available on online orders of £10 or more spent in a single transaction and applies to UK deliveries only. This option must be selected at the checkout for the order to qualify for free delivery. P&P costs will not be refunded once an order is placed if free delivery is not selected.
M&Co. reserve the right to discontinue a free delivery promotion at any time without prior notice and/or to change the amount required for eligibility.
Please also note that the free delivery threshold is determined by the final basket value after any promotional code has been deducted.
Orders must be placed before 5pm Monday - Friday to be despatched on the same day, stock availability allowing. We use Parcel Force 24 for our express deliveries however please note they are taking longer than usual to deliver packages at this time. Parcel Force do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.
Orders placed on a public holiday or where delivery would fall on a public holiday may be subject to delays. We will endeavour to update this page with information as each holiday occurs.
If the courier is unsuccessful in delivery, a card will be posted through your door and the item(s) will be taken to a designated post office (or other collection point) for your collection. The process for organising a second attempt at delivery, or collection of your goods varies depending on the carrier.
If your order is not collected from the collection point, or contact made to arrange another delivery attempt, it will be returned to us and we will issue a refund, excluding the delivery charge.
We do deliver to BFPO addresses.
We are unable to send to PO Box addresses.
