All delivery timescales are for guidance only and represent the timeframe in which we will endeavour to deliver your parcel from the day of dispatch.
Please note that some standard shipping methods have a maximum weight restriction of 2kg.
In the event that you have chosen standard delivery and your order calculates heavier than the maximum limit, your delivery will automatically default to an accepted delivery method of the same, or faster, delivery time.

To track an international order, please visit our Tracking Portal and enter your 12 digit order number, which will begin with “GE”.

Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders shipped outside of the EU.
These duties and taxes are beyond our control and are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country, depending on a number of factors including country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes.
It will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.
For certain shipping destination countries, you may be offered the option to pre-pay these duties and taxes.
Any shipping methods that support pre-payment will be marked as such during checkout, so you can easily identify them.
Should you choose to use this option and prepay duties and taxes as part of your checkout process, you will be provided with a guaranteed total amount for your order (including all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes).
All taxes are set by the shipping destination country and therefore may vary from country to country.
If you change your mind and wish to return any item(s) due to the item(s) being unsuitable, you must return the item(s) to us within 28 days starting from date of delivery in order to receive a full refund via the original payment method.
To return items from outside the UK, please visit our Returns Portal, enter the email address used to place the order and the 12 digit order number which will begin with “GE”.
Select the item(s) you wish to return to us from your order and choose a return reason for each item.
Print the return label from the screen, then place the first sheet in the package with your item(s) and attach the second sheet to the outside of your package.
Take the package to your local post office and ensure that you retain your proof of postage.
A refund will be processed back to the original payment method once the parcel is received by our warehouse.
Orders outside the UK are not entitled to free returns and you will therefore be required to fund any return postage costs.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the date of return.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer exchanges on international orders. We hope to be able to offer this service in the future.
In the meantime, please return any unwanted items via the standard returns method for a refund and place a new order for the alternative item(s).
