We're extending the validity period of all loyalty vouchers for use in-store. Unfortunately expired loyalty vouchers cannot be used online.

Any that expired while the shops were closed have been extended until 30th September 2020.
Returns & Refunds Information
We advise to allow 28 days for our reduced warehouse team to process your return at this time. Our customer service team is also smaller than usual at the moment and, as a result, it may take slightly longer for us to respond to your enquiry. Please bear with us and apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
