Loyalty Vouchers

We're extending the validity period of all loyalty vouchers for use in-store by an extra 30 days. This will begin from the first day your local store reopens. Unfortunately expired loyalty vouchers cannot be used online.

Gift Cards and E-Vouchers

Due to technical issues we are unable to sell e-gift vouchers or gift cards online and in-store at the moment. 

Store Opening

Most of our stores have now reopened, with the exception of some stores located in shopping centres. A list of opened stores can be found HERE

Refund Cards

Any that expired while the shops were closed have been extended until 28th July 2020.

Returns & Refunds Information

We advise to allow 28 days for our reduced warehouse team to process your return at this time. Our customer service team is also smaller than usual at the moment and, as a result, it may take slightly longer for us to respond to your enquiry. Please bear with us and apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
