It is really easy to place an order on the M&Co website. Firstly, browse our range of products and once you have decided what you would like to purchase, simply add the product(s) to your bag. To do this, select the size, colour (if this is applicable) and the quantity of the item and click the purple 'Add To Bag' button. You can view 'Your Bag' by hovering your mouse over the 'My Bag' section at the top right hand corner of your screen. When you are happy with the items you have added click the purple 'Checkout' button next to your bag and follow the below:
- Checkout step 1 – Login Details
- Checkout step 2 – Complete Order Details
- Checkout step 3 – Order Confirmation
1. Login Details
1.1. For registered users: If you are a returning customer and have an account with M&Co, please sign in using your email address and password and you will be taken to the first Checkout tab.
1.2.For non-registered users: If you are not registered, you can proceed without creating an account by using our guest check out or you can create an account.
2. Complete Order Details: Delivery & Billing Information Tab.
2.1. Enter your delivery address or select deliver to store and select which store.
2.2 If you are a returning customer, your delivery address will automatically appear in the delivery information.
2.3. If the delivery address is the same as the billing address select the 'Use same address for billing' tick box. If the delivery address is different to the the billing address, enter the billing address details.
2.4. From the options provided, select from the shipping methods that are available for the item(s) you wish to purchase. For more information on delivery, click here.
2.5. If you have an M&Co Loyalty Card or/and a promotion code you may enter the details in the boxes provided at this stage.
2.6. Payment Information. At this time, you must verify your address information is correct, review your order and then enter your payment method and details then click "Make Payment". For more information on payment, click here.
3. Order Confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation email which will include an order number - you can use this to track your order in My Account. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with details of which item/items have been sent. .
