Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality I bought this online. The shape of the coat is great, but all the zips don't zip up and down well. They get stuck and feel crunchy. The stitching is of poor quality. When I got it, there were loose threads at the top of the zip and in other places. I have only worn the coat a few times, and the belt buckle is coming off as the stitching has undone. I have also recently bought a couple of jumpers, and after a few times of wearing them, the stitching has come apart.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent made warm jacket I purchased the black Puffer Jacket after already purchasing the cream version. A lovely warm jacket and the hood is so luxurious with short fur inside and a beautiful large fur trim around hood which is detachable. Nicest winter jacket I have and pleased I purchased both colours. Although it is a luxury elasticated belt with jacket, I suit jacket better without it. It is more slimming on as goes in slightly at the waist and makes me slimmer looking. I just unpicked the belt loops. Even though very warm and cosy on, it is not heavy, which ideal.

Certainly as good as any of its competitors, the only thing I would alter would be the placing of the belt, it needs to be lower. But the belt enhances the look and is good quality.
