We offer a generous free returns policy, so if you are not completely satisfied with any item, please return it to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Several options are available for customers requiring a refund or exchange:

By Post: Use the free returns label provided with your order to send unsuitable items back to us via your local post office.

By Collect + : Use the Collect + label provided with your order to send unsuitable items back to us free of charge via one of over 4000 local stores providing this service.

To Store: Take the unsuitable items in to any M&Co store, where our sales staff will process your refund or exchange.

Please note shoes bought online can’t be returned to stores.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please state this on the returns form when sending an item back to us. Please note that we are only able to offer an exchange for a different size in the same style. If you require a different style, please follow the standard returns procedure to receive a refund for your unwanted item and place a new order for the new style.

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless the products are found to be of unsatisfactory quality or faulty.

Please allow 28 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
