Looking to exchange your item /size you purchased:

customer-services@mandco.com with your order number and item number you wish to exchange for.
You can also indicate on your returns note that you would like to exchange an item.
We do recommend contacting us by phone or email, so we can process your exchange as soon as possible.
We will check the item / size you wish to exchange for is in stock and currently available.
If so, we will organize a free replacement to be sent to you.
There is no further postage charge for this service.
All you would need to do is return the unwanted item / size to us.
If we are unable to offer an exchange, we will advise you of your options.
Returning Items
Goods purchased by online or telephone order:
With hundreds of M&Co stores nationwide, it couldn’t be easier to return goods to us. Simply return any unsuitable items to your local branch, taking with you the despatch note or confirmation email as proof of purchase, and our store assistants will be happy to assist you further.
Please take with you the card used in the original transaction.
Please note that if you pay using your Paypal account then you cannot return to our stores and any return must be sent via your free returns label.

Return by post
1. There is no need to contact us when returning your item(s).
2. Fill out the returns form enclosed with your Order of Goods (this can be found on the right side of the parcel summary section. Please enter the quantity of the item you are returning and select a reason for return from the options provided.
3. Tear down the vertical perforation and then tear down the horizontal perforation to detach the free returns label.
4. Place the return section inside the parcel (we will pick up the order information from the barcode) and attach the free return label by removing the adhesive backing.
5. Take the package to your local post office. Please retain your proof of postage stamp.

Please state on the returns slip printed on the reverse of your despatch note whether you require an exchange or refund.
Please note that if we do not have the available stock for the requested exchange a refund will automatically be processed and an automatically generated email will be sent to your registered inbox detailing this.
All refunds will be made on to the card used in the initial transaction i.e. the original method of payment.
Unfortunately, on very rare occasions errors with orders can occur. If the items you have received are not as ordered, or you have any item(s) missing, please phone for free on

Goods purchased in store:
Goods purchased in store can only be returned to any of our stores.
Goods purchased in store cannot be returned to the website returns address.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from date of return.
If your refund has not been processed within 28 days of your return, please contact us for free on
0800 0317 200 and we will investigate further.
Please do retain proof of postage.
