    How can I purchase goods?

    You can purchase goods online and from any Mackays or M&Co. store nationwide. Use the link above to find your nearest store.

    You can also place your order over the phone by calling 08000 317200.

    When will my order be delivered?

    If you order before 12pm we will endeavour to deliver your order within two working days (express delivery) or within 3-5 working days (standard delivery option). If you order after 12pm, your order will be processed the following day and be dispatched for express or standard delivery. Please note that due to circumstances outwith our control, some deliveries may take longer.

    Delivery times are between 7.30am and 6pm.

    There is no express delivery service available for the following postcodes and standard delivery times may vary:

      • Argyll: PA20–99

      • Aberdeenshire: AB30–31, AB33–38, AB41 6-8, AB42 0-5, AB43 6-8, AB44-45, AB51-56 & 63

      • Channel Islands: all GY, JE

      • Dundee: DD6-10

      • Dumfries: DG1-14 & 16

    What will happen if I am not at home to sign for the package?

    You will be left a card informing you that the package is available for pick-up from your post office. If the goods are returned to us as undeliverable we will treat the contract as cancelled and the money paid to us, excluding the delivery charge, will be refunded to you.

    How can I return goods?

    Goods purchased online/by phone:

    1. There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return.

    2. Fill out the returns form enclosed with your Order of Goods (this can be found on the right side of the parcel summary section. Please enter the quantity of the item you are returning and select a reason for return from the options provided.

    3. Tear down the vertical perforation, then tear down the horizontal perforation to detach the free returns label.

    4. Place the return section inside the parcel and attach the free return label by removing the adhesive backing.

    5. Take the package to your local post office. Please retain your proof of postage stamp.

    6. If you don't have your return label, please send the package to:

    b) Alternatively, you can return goods to your nearest store for a refund, with the card used for the original transaction. Please print off your order receipt and retain your returns label as proof of purchase.

    Goods purchased instore.

    Currently, goods purchased instore can only be returned in this way with no postal service available. Goods purchased instore cannot be returned to the website returns address.

    How long will the refund take to process?

    Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.

    Where do you deliver to?

    We deliver to the UK, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

    What are your charges?

    UK Delivery costs will be £3.50 for Standard Delivery and £4.95 for Express Delivery. Where the total cost of a UK Delivery Order is less than £5, the Order will be sent by standard postal delivery at a cost of £3.50.

    Do you deliver to BFPO?

    Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to BFPO addresses.

    How do I pay for my order?

    Payment for Goods ordered online must be made through our website using a credit or debit card Visa, Visa electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Style card. No other method of payment is accepted. Payment will be debited from your credit or debit card at the time of preparing your Goods for despatch.

    Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your Order for any reason within 8 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund. To cancel your Order please write to us at Web Team, Caledonia House, 5 Inchinnan Drive, Inchinnan, PA4 9AF or email us at customer-services@mandco.com. After this period, we will give you a further 21 day period to cancel your Order and obtain a refund. To cancel your Order within this 21 day period and obtain a refund you must return the Goods together with the returns form (enclosed with your Order of Goods). Details on how to return the Goods are given above.

    Proceed to checkout. At the Order Summary screen, click on the tab in the top right corner that says 'Use promotional code'. Enter your promotional code here.
