We will endeavour to deliver your parcel within 5 - 7 working days
This option is charged at £7.50

Russia & Selected Eastern European Countries*
We will endeavour to deliver your parcel within 10 - 14 working days
This option is charged at £12.50
*Albania, Belarus, Latvia & Romania

Cyprus & Greece
We will endeavour to deliver your parcel within 10 - 14 working days
This option is charged at £12.50

Worldwide
We will endeavour to deliver your parcel within 10 - 14 working days

Currency Converter
The item price is fixed and will be charged in £ Sterling. All other prices displayed using the currency converter are calculated from the current exchange rates and are approximate only and should be used only as a guide.

Express Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver your parcel within 1 – 2 working days
This option is charged at £4.95 and is only available for UK deliveries.

Free Delivery*

This option is available to all UK orders with an item total of £40 or more
This option must be selected for the order to qualify for free delivery. P&P costs will not be refunded once an order is placed if free delivery is not selected.

Deliver to Store

We will endeavour to deliver your parcel to the selected store within 5 – 7 working days. This option is free of charge.

Please be aware that we are occasionally required to make additional checks on your payment or address details and this may delay your order. Bank and public holidays may also impact our delivery times.

Delivery Conditions

A signature is required for all deliveries. It will be delivered by the Royal Mail and with the normal post delivery.
We are not able to provide a specified delivery time so please provide us with a different address if you think no one will be available to sign. You can give an alternative delivery address (e.g. office or family member) at the time of ordering. If you are requesting the goods be delivered to your work address, please ensure you include the business name.
Please be aware that changing the shipping address may require some additional checking from us and if there are any queries, we will contact you.
Orders can be sent to your local store for collection but must be requested at time of order.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If Royal Mail are unsuccessful in delivery, they will post a card through your door and take it to a designated post office to await collection.
If your order is not collected from Royal Mail and is returned to us we will refund the money paid to us, excluding the delivery charge.

Delivery Destinations

We deliver to the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

We are pleased to say that we have recently expanded our delivery options and now deliver to Europe and selected countries worldwide, please note selected items are excluded from non-UK deliveries. Within Europe we deliver to Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine.
Worldwide we now deliver to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and United States.
We are looking to develop international shipping rates for the rest of the world. As soon as these are available we will let our customers know.
We now also deliver to BFPO addresses.
We are unable to send to PO Box addresses.

*Free Delivery Terms & Conditions
Free standard delivery is only available on online orders of £40 or more spent in a single transaction and applies to UK deliveries only.
If items from an order eligible for free delivery are returned taking the outstanding value of the goods below the free delivery threshold of £40 the value of the returned goods will be refunded minus the cost of standard postage and packaging, £3.50.
M&Co. reserve the right to discontinue a free delivery promotion at any time without prior notice and to change the amount required for eligibility.
