Standard Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver your parcel within 3 - 5 working days
This option is charged at £3.50

Express Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver your parcel within 1 – 2 working days
This option is charged at £4.95

Free Delivery*

This option is available to all orders with an item total of £40 or more
This option must be selected for the order to qualify for free delivery. P&P costs will not be refunded once an order is placed if free delivery is not selected.

Deliver to Store

We will endeavour to deliver your parcel to the selected store within 5 – 7 working days. This option is free of charge.

Please be aware that we are occasionally required to make additional checks on your payment or address details and this may delay your order. Bank and public holidays may also impact our delivery times.

Delivery Conditions

A signature is required for all deliveries. It will be delivered by the Royal Mail and with the normal post delivery.
We are not able to provide a specified delivery time so please provide us with a different address if you think no one will be available to sign. You can give an alternative delivery address (e.g. office or family member) at the time of ordering. If you are requesting the goods be delivered to your work address, please ensure you include the business name.
Please be aware that changing the shipping address may require some additional checking from us and if there are any queries, we will contact you.
Orders can be sent to your local store for collection but must be requested at time of order.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If Royal Mail are unsuccessful in delivery, they will post a card through your door and take it to a designated post office to await collection.
If your order is not collected from Royal Mail and is returned to us we will refund the money paid to us, excluding the delivery charge.

Delivery Destinations

We currently deliver to the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. We are looking to develop overseas shipping rates. As soon as these are available we will let our customers know.
We regret we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses but we are investigating this.
We are unable to send to PO Box addresses.
If you currently reside outside of our delivery areas, and have a UK-registered credit/debit card, you are welcome to place an order and request the goods be shipped to a UK address.

Free standard delivery is only available on online orders of £40 or more spent in a single transaction.
If items from an order eligible for free delivery are returned taking the outstanding value of the goods below the free delivery threshold of £40 the value of the returned goods will be refunded minus the cost of standard postage and packaging, £3.50.
M&Co. reserve the right to discontinue a free delivery promotion at any time without prior notice and to change the amount required for eligibility.
