When will money be taken for my order?

Your account will not be debited until your order has been dispatched, so please ensure that the expiry date on your payment card is after the anticipated dispatch date of your order. Please note that if the card used to place the order has expired, we will be unable to ship your order.

**PAYPAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES: If you do decide to pay for your M&Co. order via PayPal, our stores will not be able to refund your account if you choose to return any item from your order to one of our stores. To ensure that your account is refunded, please return any unwanted items using your freepost returns label and your refund will be processed on to your PayPal account by our Web Team.
